HOW TO USE How to Wear a Swim Cap

Position the printed design on the side, insert both hands into the cap, and gently stretch it open with the backs of your hands.

Lightly wet the swim cap, then put it on starting from the front of your head as shown.* Do not pull only on the edge of the cap, as it may tear.
