1. Membership
- Ganaswim allows purchases from both members and guest users.
- By signing up, you can receive various benefits and stay informed about exclusive events and promotions.
2. How to Order
- Select your desired items and ali them to your cart.
- Click the "Order" button and complete the order form.
- Choose a payment method and complete the payment process.
- A confirmation email will be sent once your order is completed.
3. Payment
- We currently support credit card payments.
4. Shipping
- Delivery Time: Within 7–10 business days after payment (excluding weekends and holidays)
- Shipping Fee: A flat rate of $15 applies.
- Shipping costs may vary depending on the destination.

5. Exchange & Return
- You may request an exchange or return within 7 days of receiving the item.
- For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs.
- If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.
